Lovely quality and the embroidery was beautiful and prominent. I read the size chart which stated 'relaxed fit' so I ordered a Large (14-16 as I'm a size 16). Unfortunately, it was a tad tight for me so i have now ordered the bigger size so hopefully this one will be perfect. Lucy was very accommodating and very professional. I'd highly recommend the sweatshirt but make sure of your measurements.
